THE ISSUES
Housing
The American dream of owning your own home has been put out of reach by poor policy for decades.
Industry
Once the home of industrial behemoth, Bethlehem Steel, we have only just begun to recover from the significant loss of our industrial base.
Energy
Pennsylvania has deep reservoirs of oil and gas and a long tradition of energy production. Regulators in Harrisburg are denying us the opportunity to access those resources. If we could, our heating, cooling, and transportation costs would be much lower.
Government
Infrastructure
Government has gotten so large that it's intruding not only in our everyday lives, but impeding the economy. Most government programs fail to serve the people, intended only to benefit the politicians who loot them.
We simply cannot run a 21st economy on 20th century infrastructure. Pennsylvania has the 5th worst roads in the nation and a C- grade infrastructure.
Healthcare
Cutting regulation and government financed medical care would allow the free market to work and cause healthcare pricing to plummet. By doing so, we would make it universally available.
Pro Life
Over 95% of abortions are a macabre form of birth control. Where the mother's life is truly in danger, then her life must be protected as well.
